Personal Best, Inc.®, based in Atlanta, Georgia, now offers Corporate Etiquette Certification through our training division, The American School of Protocol®.

Welcome to Personal Best, Inc.®, established in 1980 by Peggy Newfield and based on the principal that children are our most precious resource. Peggy founded her business to provide etiquette training for young people. The business soon moved into the board room with corporate etiquette training as well as a very successful 1-day seminar called  "POWER, PRESENCE, AND STYLE". Peggy's unique concept of teaching etiquette skills has been profiled on ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, CNN and BBC television.

After 21 years of working with both young people and adults, Peggy decided to offer her remarkable style and etiquette curriculums to the world! The American School of Protocol® was established in 2001 as her training facility and now hosts a variety of courses all uniquely delivered by Peggy and a staff of 11 highly trained etiquette professionals. Visit The American School of Protocol® for more information and course listings.

Courses include:
"Peggy, your training was tops! Very meaningful, appropriate and delivered in a non-threatening manner. I enjoyed it very much."
